Refund policy

All purchases are final. We only replace damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt. If we no longer have the item,  you can either exchange it for something else that is of the same value or receive a store credit for that item. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, you must submit a photograph of the item unused and in the same condition received to jewelrylounge@yahoo.com within seven days of receipt.
